NIKOLAOU BROS studios are located in the Valtos area above the beach, approximately 500m from Parga’s Castle and 800m from the town center.

Valtos beach with its blue waters in a distance of 500m, is offered for unforgettable holidays. From our balconies you can enjoy not only the view of the Ionian Sea but also the sound of the waves.



Our building has 4 twin room studios, 4 four-bed studios, and 4 four-bed suites of 50cm2 each.The equipment of the studios includes fridge, cooker with all necessary utensils, dining table, colored TV and air-conditioning. For all our customers there is also Free Parking.

You can cancel a reservation up to 2 days before the check-in date. Depending on the hotel policy you might be charged a fee for the cancellation. Read the hotel terms and conditions for more.

Ώρα άφιξης: 14.00’ & Ώρα αναχώρησης: 12.00’ Για αναχώρηση μετά τις 12.00 χρεώνεται ολόκληρη διανυκτέρευση και αυτό μπορεί να γίνει μόνο μετά από συνεννόηση και μόνο εφόσον υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα. Ακύρωση κρατήσεων: Θα πρέπει να υπάρχει ειδοποίηση τουλάχιστον 20 ημέρες πριν από την άφιξη. Τότε η προκαταβολή θα επιστρέφεται στο 50% . Διαφορετικά η προκαταβολή δεν επιστρέφεται. Hour of arrival: 14.00 ' & hour of departure: 12.00 ' For departure afterwards 12.00 is debited for overnight stay and only after agreement. Cancellation of reservations: It will be supposed exists notice at least 20 days before the arrival. Then the advance is returned in the 50%. Otherwise the advance is not returned.
