Villa Niki is a modern housing estate situated over Parga’s central beach, with view laying from the Islet of Virgin Mary to the beach, Villa Rosa and St Helen’s Hill. It has a privately-owned car park, residences with big balconies, wonderful view and it is fully equipped. That’s why it is considered one of the most outstanding accommodations in the whole area. Ακύρωση κρατήσεων: Θα πρέπει να υπάρχει ειδοποίηση τουλάχιστον 20 ημέρες πριν από την άφιξη. Τότε η προκαταβολή θα επιστρέφεται στο 50% . Διαφορετικά η προκαταβολή δεν επιστρέφεται. Hour of arrival: 14.00 ' & hour of departure: 12.00 ' For departure afterwards 12.00 is debited for overnight stay and only after agreement. Cancellation of reservations: It will be supposed exists notice at least 20 days before the arrival. Then the advance is returned in the 50%. Otherwise the advance is not returned.
