Alexia Studios in Kanali are located between the Valtos Beach and the city of Parga, in distance 300 meter. Meanwhile the distance from the Castle of Parga is 5 minutes far and the city center is only 10 minutes walking.


Our three buildings which include 10 studios – apartments, lie in a full green environment.

The view of the Valtos beach with the deep blue water of Ionian Sea, as well as the castle’s will motivate you to enjoy your breakfast or your afternoon coffee sitting on the big balconies or on our comfortable garden.The room’s equipment contain fridge, cooker with the complete kitchen equipment, air condition, colored TV as well as and hygienic cleaning system.

Reservation cancel

You can cancel a reservation up to 5 days before the check-in date. Depending on the hotel policy you might be charged a fee for the cancellation. Read the hotel terms and conditions for more.

Ώρα άφιξης: 14.00’ & Ώρα αναχώρησης: 12.00’ Για αναχώρηση μετά τις 12.00 χρεώνεται ολόκληρη διανυκτέρευση και αυτό μπορεί να γίνει μόνο μετά από συνεννόηση και μόνο εφόσον υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα. Ακύρωση κρατήσεων: Θα πρέπει να υπάρχει ειδοποίηση τουλάχιστον 20 ημέρες πριν από την άφιξη. Τότε η προκαταβολή θα επιστρέφεται στο 50% . Διαφορετικά η προκαταβολή δεν επιστρέφεται. Hour of arrival: 14.00 ' & hour of departure: 12.00 ' For departure afterwards 12.00 is debited for overnight stay and only after agreement. Cancellation of reservations: It will be supposed exists notice at least 20 days before the arrival. Then the advance is returned in the 50%. Otherwise the advance is not returned.
